The micro gas mass flowmeter is specially designed for the measurement and process control of all kinds of small flow gas. This series of sensors are manufactured using advanced micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chips and are suitable for a wide range of clean gases. The unique packaging technology makes it available for all kinds of pipe diameters, low cost, easy installation, no need for temperature and pressure compensation, and can replace traditional displacement or differential pressure flowmeters.
Introduction
Micro gas mass flowmeters are developed based on advanced sensing technologies such as FMEMS technology sensing chips for measuring and monitoring gas mass at small flows. Micro gas mass flowmeter can measure the flow of various gases, including air, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc., widely used in medical, environmental protection, chemical and other fields. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, mobile design, tape display and network conventional metering.
 
Application field
a. Medical field: Micro gas mass flow meters can be used for clinical oxygen supply monitoring and metering in hospitals (such as medical oxygen meters), as well as gas flow monitoring in medical equipment such as ventilators and anesthesia machines, to help medical personnel monitor patients' breathing conditions in real time and adjust treatment parameters.

b. Environmental protection: In terms of environmental monitoring and control, the flow meter can be used to detect and measure the composition and flow of gases in the atmosphere, such as air pollutants, greenhouse gases, etc., to provide accurate measurement data for environmental protection departments and scientific research institutions.
