Pipe diameter: Flange connected vortex flowmeter can be divided into pipe type and insert type installation according to the different installation methods. For the pipeline type, the pipe diameter is the same as most other flowmeters, the small is DN15, and the large is able to reach DN300. If you need a larger caliber, you can choose to insert the installation, the conventional caliber range can reach DN2000, DN2000 caliber above supply in accordance with the agreement;
Measurement accuracy: The accuracy of the flange connected vortex flowmeter also has several grades, and it is divided according to the measurement medium. Installation
 
1、When using a vortex flowmeter to measure steam, the body and pipe must be insulated, the flange must be clamped, and there must be no air leakage, otherwise the instrument is easy to damage;
 
 
2、It is better to install the instrument indoors, away from vibration and strong electromagnetic interference. If outdoors, the watch head can be protected;
 
 
3、The instrument should have 10-15 times the straight pipe section, and then have more than 5 times the straight pipe section. Select the installation place to facilitate installation, wiring and debugging;
 
 
4、For a straight pipe section, weld the two flanges before installation, then install the instrument and clamp it, cut off the equal length straight pipe, and then install the whole table welded before. Never weld the watch on the flange.
