If the level of the pipeline is raised and the gas phase part of the flow cross-sectional area is increased, that is, the degree of liquid filling pipe is gradually increased, the data output will also wobble. If the situation of liquid filling pipe is more serious, so that the liquid level is below the electrode, the output overfull phenomenon will occur.


(2) The liquid contains a solid phase, the liquid contains solids such as powder, particles or fibers, which may cause faults; slurry noise; The electrode surface is contaminated; (3) The electrode or lining is covered by a conductive or insulating deposit layer; The lining is worn or covered by sediment, and the circulation cross-sectional area is reduced.

Since the flow meter uses other principles that also have crystallization problems, it is better in no other method to "ring" the measuring tube to a very short length (or gate) of the electromagnetic flow sensor, the choice of the flow meter and upstream pipe with insulation is enhanced. In the connection method of the tube, it is considered to disassemble and facilitate the flow sensor, which can be easily removed for maintenance in the case of crystallization.

(4) The selection of electrode and ground ring material caused by improper use of problems caused by network failure caused by the mismatch between the material and the measured medium, the gas turbine flowmeter has electrodes and ground rings in direct contact with the medium, and the mismatch is in addition to corrosion resistance problems, as long as it is through the surface structure effect of the electrode material. The surface treatment effect is due to: chemical substance reaction (the surface can form blunt film, etc.); Electrochemistry and polarization (generating potential); Catalytic action (electrode surface information to generate aerosol, etc.). Grounding rings also have our economic effects, but the impact is much smaller.
