Mainly according to the pulse flow signal fed back to the quantitative controller by the gas flow meter, when the cumulative flow reaches the set value (quantitative value), the quantitative controller will give a switching signal to the electromagnetic valve or pump, which has reached the start and close control of the valve and pump. Automatic and manual control of feeding is realized. The system has the advantages of high precision, simple operation and on-site calibration. At present, many enterprises will use it or it is one of the projects that need to be improved. It has the characteristics of simple and easy to operate, intuitive display, manual control flow or automatic control flow. It is especially suitable for oil mixing, water mixing, drug mixing, dosing, quantitative water injection and quantitative control of various liquids. At present, some enterprises that still use manual canning/punching, and do not want to invest too much cost, want to improve work efficiency recommend to use this system.
1, gas flow meter: this is the basis of control, directly affect the effect of control, so the basic requirements are the higher the measurement accuracy, the better, there is a signal output function. At the same time, there are many types of gas flowmeters, and they should be selected according to the parameters of the measuring medium, pipe diameter, flow range, and so on, and the appropriate gas flowmeter should be selected.
2, control box: contains all Chinese liquid crystal display quantitative controller, internal control lines and components, external control buttons and indicators.
3, cut-off equipment: can be the pipeline existing power equipment, such as pumps; It can also be installed after the solenoid valve, electric valve, flow valve and so on.
Control process:
After receiving the flow signal of the gas flow meter, the quantitative controller completes the flow accumulation inside the meter, and sets the required quantitative control value inside the controller. When the cumulative value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative control value, the quantitative controller outputs the switching signal. At this time, the switch signal is used to control the cut-out equipment installed on the pipeline by connecting the relay or contactor, so as to achieve the effect of quantitative control.
