Natural gas flow meters pay attention to the accuracy level of the instrument, so as to be economical. For example, for trade settlement, product handover and energy metering, natural gas flowmeters with higher accuracy levels should be selected, such as 1.0, 0.5, or higher levels; For process control, select different precision levels according to control requirements; Some are just to detect the process flow, do not need to do precise control and measurement occasions, you can choose a slightly lower accuracy level of natural gas flowmeter.
Measuring medium flow rate, instrument range and caliber. When measuring the general medium, the full degree flow rate of the natural gas flowmeter can be selected in the range of measuring the medium flow rate of 0.5-12m/s, and the range is relatively wide. The selection of instrument specifications (caliber) is not necessarily the same as the process pipeline, should be determined according to whether the measured flow range is within the flow rate range, that is, when the pipeline flow rate is low, can not meet the requirements of the flow meter or the measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed at this flow rate, it is necessary to reduce the diameter of the instrument, so as to improve the flow rate in the tube, and obtain satisfactory measurement results.
