The accuracy level of vortex flowmeters is classified according to different standards.
The commonly used international vortex flowmeter accuracy grade standards are ISO4185 and ISO 6817. Among them, the ISO4185 standard defines the accuracy level as 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5, and the corresponding maximum errors are +0.5%, 1.0%, +1.5%, 2.0% and +2.5%, respectively. The ISO 6817 standard defines the accuracy levels as 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 1.5, with the corresponding maximum errors of 0.2%, 0.5% and +1.5%, respectively
There is a mature precision grade standard for vortex flowmeters in China, namely GB/T2624-2019. The standard divides the accuracy levels of vortex flowmeters into 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5, and the corresponding maximum errors are +0.5% and 1.0%, respectively. Soil 1.5%, soil 2.0% and +2.5%.
Accuracy level is an important consideration in selecting vortex flow timing. In general, the higher the accuracy level, the smaller the measurement error, and the higher the accuracy of flow control and measurement.
