What are the common problems with vortex flowmeters? In the process of chemical industry production, in order to more effectively guide industrial production operations, monitor and control the production process, it is often necessary to detect the flow of various flow media (such as liquid, gas) in the production process, in order to facilitate management and control of production. The main problems are:
1. Instructions are inaccurate for a long time; 2. No instructions at all; 3. Indicates a wide range of fluctuations, can not read; 4. Indicate no return to zero; 5. No indication when the flow is small; 6. Large flow instructions are OK, small flow instructions are not allowed; 7. When the flow rate changes, the indicator changes can not keep up; 8. Instrument k coefficient can not be determined, many data are inconsistent,

Summarize the main causes of these problems, mainly related to the following aspects:
1.the selection of problems. Some vortex sensors in the mouth selection or after the design selection due to changes in process conditions, so that the selection of a larger specification, the actual selection should be selected as small as possible caliber, in order to improve the measurement accuracy.
2. The installation problem is mainly that the length of the straight pipe section in front of the sensor is not enough, which affects the measurement accuracy.
3.the reason for parameter setting direction, due to parameter errors, resulting in incorrect instrument indications, parameter errors make the secondary instrument full frequency calculation error, the full frequency is similar to the indication is not allowed for a long time, the actual full frequency of the full frequency calculation makes the indication a wide range of fluctuations, unable to read, and the inconsistency of the parameters on the data also affects the final determination of the parameters. Finally, this problem is solved by re-calibration and mutual comparison to determine the parameters.
4. Secondary instrument failure. There are many faults in this part, including: there is a broken line on the instrument circuit board, the range setting has an individual bit display is bad, and the K-factor setting has an individual bit display is bad, making it impossible to determine the range setting and the K-factor setting, and the problem is solved by repairing the corresponding fault.
5. Four-route road connection problem. Part of the circuit on the surface of the line connection is very good, careful inspection, some joints have actually been loosened to cause circuit interruption, some joints are connected very tight but due to the problem of the sub-line fastening screws are fastened on the wire, but also make the circuit interruption, to solve the corresponding line problems, the existing problems are also solved accordingly.
6.when the flow rate changes, the indication can not keep up with the change because the coil fixing screw is loose, causing the watch head to sink, the pointer and the case friction is large, and the action is not good, by adjusting the watch head and re-fixing, the problem is solved accordingly.
7.the use of environmental issues. In particular, the sensor part installed in the ground well, due to the high ambient humidity, resulting in moisture on the circuit board, through the corresponding technical reform measures, the sensor part of the high ambient humidity is re-separated from the probe part and the conversion part, and the separation type sensor is used, so the working environment is good, and this part of the instrument runs well.
8.due to the site adjustment is not good, or due to the actual situation after adjustment changes. Due to poor vibration and noise balance adjustment and sensitivity adjustment. Or due to the re-change of the field situation after a period of operation after adjustment, the indication problem is caused, the oscilloscope is used, and the process operation is adjusted again.
After a period of careful analysis and summary, the problems existing in the vortex street can be basically solved. At present, this part of the instrument runs well and basically meets the needs of the factory's process production.
