The probe of the vortex flowmeter is divided into two types, namely the ordinary type and the high temperature type. The ordinary type can accept the high temperature of steam or liquid below 250℃, and the high temperature type can accept the high temperature below 350℃. If an ordinary probe is selected in a high temperature situation, after a period of use, the porcelain seal part of the probe will crack and the lead will fall off.
Their difference is divided into three aspects: porcelain seal raw materials, lead and probe connection method (spot welding, high temperature type; General tin welding, ordinary type) and connecting rod length (connecting rod between the amplifier plate vortex body, high temperature connecting rod length; Ordinary type connecting rod short). Therefore, in the product acceptance, it is necessary to pay attention to whether these three aspects are consistent with the design requirements.
Although the range of vortex flowmeter is relatively wide, the caliber scale should also be selected according to the process practice. Taking steam as an example, the steam pipeline scale is generally large, and the steam consumption varies greatly due to different times and different seasons. Therefore, if the diameter of the vortex flowmeter is selected according to the original pipeline, the measurement accuracy will be reduced, and even can not be measured.
Application environment: The above analysis shows that the vortex flow meter is transmitted by frequency signal from detection to quantity accumulation. Therefore, if the address magnetic field is strong, it will affect the transmission quality of the frequency signal, and the application effect will not be ideal.
