The amount of steam used is generally realized through the steam flowmeter calculation system

2021-08-27
The amount of steam used is generally realized through the steam flowmeter calculation system. Vapor computing systems generally include flow signal detection, compensation signal detection (including temperature and pressure), and flow integration for transmission and processing of these signals.
1, traffic signal detection
The main use of various flow transmitters, flow sensors, etc., the detected steam flow signal is converted into a standard signal output to the flow integrator.
2, compensation signal detection
Pressure signals mainly use pressure transmitters, pressure sensors and other pressure instruments; Temperature compensation signals are mainly used to convert the detected compensation signals into standard signals and output them to the flow integrator by temperature instruments such as thermal resistors and thermocouples.
3. Flow integration
The steam flow integration is mainly achieved by the flow integrator (hereinafter referred to as the integrator). The steam flow signal, pressure compensation signal and temperature compensation signal detected by the flow integrator transmission system are automatically queried by the system about the built-in steam density (generally obtained by IFC1967 or IAPWS-IF97 formula), and then the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of the steam are calculated by using certain mathematical models. Flow integrators can display and store the flow, and some also have the function of output and quantitative control.
4. Unit of measurement
The use of steam is generally calculated by mass settlement, and the instantaneous flow unit is kg/h or t/h; The unit of cumulative flow is kg or t.
