Under what circumstances is the gas measurement need to be regulated compensated vortex flowmeter

2021-07-13

Temperature and pressure compensation vortex flowmeter is also one of our commonly used. But do you know what thermo-pressure compensation means? What media can be measured with a temperature-pressure compensated vortex flowmeter? Come and check it out with Aister Instrument!

Temperature and pressure compensation refers to the correction of the pressure and temperature measurement of the measured object under certain pressure and temperature conditions. When we measure the gas flow, the temperature and pressure compensation is more, that is, after the temperature and pressure compensation of the gas flow under the working condition, the flow under the standard condition is obtained.

When the pressure difference method is used to measure the mass flow of gas, the density of the fluid is confirmed by a certain condition, and the density of the gas is greatly affected by temperature and pressure, so the temperature and pressure proofreading of the measured flow is required, which is often said to be temperature and pressure compensation.

Because the volume flow into mass flow requires volume and density multiplication, and density is affected by temperature and pressure, especially gas flow, according to the state equation of gas flow, it can be clearly derived from the form of density, that is, directly affected by pressure and temperature.

Temperature-pressure compensated vortex flowmeters typically use the following media.

When measuring superheated vapor, the demand temperature and pressure are compensated together, and the vapor is generally calculated as the mass flow rate. Because any change in temperature or pressure will cause a change in vapor density, and then cause a change in mass flow rate.

When measuring gas, demand temperature and pressure are compensated together; Gas is generally calculated according to the standard condition volume flow rate. Because the temperature or pressure changes, the gas flow also changes.

When measuring full steam, a single temperature compensation or a single pressure compensation should be selected. The density of any kind of full vapor has a fixed corresponding relationship with temperature or pressure (full vapor density table), which can confirm the density of full vapor.
