Before a customer called to consult the selection of gas flow meter, when the customer explained the requirements, we selected a suitable gas flow meter according to his field conditions, the user is currently very satisfied with the use. Today I explain about the product characteristics and selection of flue gas flow meter.
The flow measurement of flue gas flowmeter has small pressure loss, large scale, high measurement accuracy, and is not affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters during measurement. The sensor can not be measured at high temperature, and the daily protection is not convenient. The selection of piezoelectric stress sensor, stable performance, high reliability, can be operated in the operating temperature scale of -20℃ ~ +300℃. It can output analog standard signal, pulse signal and communication interface together, which is convenient to use with computer digital system.
Gas flowmeter product features:
Capacitive force sensor with reliable performance, high precision and sensitivity;
Dirt resistant, non-blocking, anti-vibration, electromagnetic interference, anti-impurity ability is very strong;
No moving parts, dirt resistant, integrated intelligent display, simple device without protection;
The pressure loss is small, only about 1/2△P of the standard hole plate;
Can accurately measure the gas at various temperatures, can measure the two-phase flow;
Can choose a variety of anti-corrosion and high and low temperature resistance materials (such as Hastelloy, titanium, etc.);
The whole machine is completely sealed without dead Angle, without any leakage point, can withstand 42MPa high pressure;
The sensor is not in contact with the measured medium, no parts wear, safe and reliable use;
With a variety of device options, simple device, low cost;
Flue gas flowmeter has integrated temperature and pressure compensation, direct output mass or standard square;
Optional small signal excision, nonlinear correction, filtering time can be selected;
Accurate measurement, accuracy can reach 0.2~1.5%;
Good repeatability, generally 0.05 ~ 0.08%, rapid measurement;
There is a self-test program in the instrument, and the fault phenomenon is obvious;
A variety of output modes, can transmit a variety of parameters;
Strong anti-bombardment, measurable pulsating flow within a certain scale.
