Under the condition that the flow measurement point of the vortex flowmeter is the same, the error of the flowmeter in the pressure verification method of the surface body pressure hole is small, and the error of the flowmeter in the pressure verification method of the pipe pressure hole is large. In the case of a certain model, the linearity of the flow meter is better verified by the pressure hole of the gauge body, while the linearity of the flow meter is worse by the pressure hole of the pipeline. The errors caused by the two pressure taking methods gradually increase with the increase of flow rate.
In the verification process of precession vortex flowmeter, the pressure extraction method of pipe pressure extraction hole has great influence on the verification result of flowmeter. Aister editer introduces the following improvement measures, which can avoid the blockage of the pressure hole of the meter body and lead to the inspector to verify the flow meter in the pipeline pressure hole, and ensure the scientific, fair and accuracy of the flow meter verification work.
Precession vortex flowmeter 4 improvement measures:
1) The user can install a filter device at the front end of the flow meter in the use site to filter out debris.
2) In order to prevent the flow meter from being blocked by debris and the pressure hole from rusting, it is recommended to apply lubricating oil to the outer screws of the pressure hole and plug the inside of the pressure hole with a rubber plug when leaving the factory.
3) During the verification process, if the point flow rate changes greatly and the flowmeter pressure changes are not obvious, in order to prompt the verification personnel to take corresponding remedial measures, the verification system should set an invalid pressure alarm.
4) It is recommended that the flow meter manufacturer improve the structure of the flow meter appropriately without affecting the performance of the flow meter, such as improving the position of the pressure hole to avoid it being blocked by debris.
