2. Substances that can be accurately measured

The selection of instrument panel specifications (specifications) is not necessarily the same as the processing process pipeline, it should be determined whether the precise measurement of the total flow scope is clear in the water flow scope, that is, when the pipeline water flow is slightly lower, the instrument can not be considered when the instrument is specified, or the precise measurement accuracy under the water flow can not be ensured here, the instrument panel specifications must be reduced, and then the water flow in the pipe can be increased. Satisfactory and accurate measurement results are obtained.

3. Selection of vortex street liquid level transmitter

In the precise measurement of saturated water vapor, the VA type piezoresistance vortex level transmitter is selected, because the vortex flow meter has a wide measuring range, so in the specific application, it is generally key to consider that the total flow rate of accurate measurement of saturated water vapor can not be less than the lower limit of the vortex flow meter, in other words, it is necessary to consider that the liquid water flow can not be less than 5m/s. According to the size of the amount of steam used, the vortex level transmitter of different specifications can be used, and the intelligent transmitter specifications can not be selected based on the current processing process pipeline specifications.

4. Selection of working pressure compensation temperature transmitter

Because the saturated water vapor pipeline is long and the working pressure fluctuates greatly, it is necessary to select the working pressure compensation, fully consider the corresponding relationship between the working pressure, temperature and relative density, and only select the working pressure compensation in the accurate measurement, because the saturated vapor pressure of the pipeline is in the range of 0.3-0.7MP a, and the measurement range of the temperature transmitter can be selected 1MP a.
