Aister share precession vortex flowmeter installation precautions:
1.the pump outlet can only be set to facilitate maintenance and does not affect the normal fluid delivery. When qi and blood contain impurities of large particles or plant fibers, the precession vortex flowmeter must clean the filter.
2.precession vortex flowmeter can be installed horizontally, horizontally or freely rotating and inclined installation. The flow direction of the measured flow body should be consistent with the arrow on the shell following the flow direction;
3.when installed outdoors; The upper part should be covered to prevent the service life of the meter from being affected by rain and strong sunlight.
4.the precession vortex flowmeter will not be installed in the case of mechanical collision, when the pipeline is long, it must be eliminated on the sensing game caused by the amplitude of the long pipeline;
5. There should be no strong external electromagnetic interference and strong mechanical vibration around the precession vortex flowmeter, and the influence of high temperature objects and thermal radiation sources should be avoided, as well as the influence of strong corrosion environment;
6.do not open the flow meter or any pin socket and temperature pressure sensor interface;
7. When selecting an external power supply, the precession vortex flowmeter must be a ground wire and must not share a neutral line with the power supply and distribution system. The common ground wire of the welding system must not overlap with the flow meter during pipe installation or maintenance.
