Gas turbine flowmeter is one of the flowmeters widely used in various fields. When we use the gas flow meter, we must know its common knowledge. In the process of using the gas turbine flowmeter, there are many points that we need to pay attention to, which include how to measure the gas turbine flowmeter more accurately and how to solve some small failures.

1. There is flow through, but the instantaneous flow of the instrument is zero

(1) Wiring error, check the instrument wiring.

(2) The internal parameters of the instrument have been modified, please check the instrument parameters according to the verification certificate.

(3) The signal acquisition coil is damaged, affecting the transmission of the signal, even if there is traffic through the signal can not be transmitted to the converter. Slide the outer wall of the signal acquisition coil with a magnetic screwdriver. If no flow is displayed, the signal acquisition coil is damaged.

(4) The medium is too dirty, and the filter is blocked.

(5) The impeller may be stuck, please check the impeller.

2. When there is no flow through the instrument, the instrument has instantaneous flow display

(1) There is severe vibration in the pipeline, it is recommended to add vibration reduction measures.

(2) The instrument is not well grounded, please check the grounding.

(3) There is field interference, such as frequency converter, motor, solenoid valve, etc. (on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, to a certain extent, may affect the use of the instrument, the calculation of power frequency interference Q=3600f/k,f=50Hz,k= the coefficient of the instrument. Through calculation, it can be interpreted whether there is power frequency interference in the instrument). If yes, change the installation position.

(4) The pipe stop valve of the instrument is not completely closed, check the valve.
