According to the structure characteristics of the Insertion vortex flowmeter series of intelligent vortex flowmeter, it is classified into two types: integrated and split.
Integrated measurement of saturated steam, set vortex flow sensor, temperature sensor (or pressure sensor) and display instrument in one, with intelligent temperature (or pressure) compensation function, with 3.6V high-energy lithium battery or 24VDC (usually in the need of pulse signal output, two-wire 4 ~ 20mADC output or RS485 communication) power supply, Local LCD display medium temperature (℃) [or working pressure (MPa)], instantaneous mass flow (Kg/h) and cumulative mass flow (Kg).
When measuring superheated steam in one piece, it integrates vortex flow sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor and display instrument with intelligent temperature and pressure compensation function, and comes with 3.6V high-energy lithium battery or 24VDC (usually used when pulse signal output, two-wire 4 ~ 20mADC output or RS485 communication). Local LCD display medium temperature (℃), working pressure (MPa), instantaneous mass flow rate (Kg/h) and cumulative mass flow rate (Kg).
When measuring saturated steam in split type, it is composed of three parts: vortex flow sensor, temperature sensor (or pressure sensor) and intelligent flow display integrator, with intelligent temperature (or pressure) compensation function. The intelligent flow display integrator remotely displays the medium temperature (℃) [or working pressure (MPa)], instantaneous mass flow (Kg/h) and cumulative mass flow (Kg).
When measuring superheated steam in split type, it is composed of four parts: vortex flow sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor and intelligent flow display integrator. It has intelligent temperature and pressure compensation function. The intelligent flow display integrator remotely displays medium temperature (℃), working pressure (MPa), instantaneous mass flow rate (Kg/h) and cumulative mass flow rate (Kg).
It should be pointed out in particular that when only the volume flow rate of the working condition is required to be measured (we define it as a common type, usually applicable to the occasions where the medium temperature and working pressure are basically constant), whether it is integrated or split, it does not have the intelligent temperature and pressure compensation function, nor the configuration of temperature sensors and pressure sensors. In this case, only the instantaneous working condition volume flow (m3/h) and the cumulative working condition volume flow (m3) are displayed.
