The second point, pay attention to the measured media environment: the parameters of different media environments are not the same, the obvious problem is that when measuring liquid or solid, we should accurately set the parameters of the flow meter, which not only can make the value of the flow meter itself be reflected to a certain extent, but also can get an accurate result for you.

The third point, the choice of air density is very important: the density of steam is mainly through its own temperature and pressure measurement of the calculated data, for steam density calculation value is a very important factor, directly affect the measurement of the calculation results, to observe the actual state of the selection of air to make the correct compensation, in order to make better use of vortex flowmeter.

Since the compressed air flowmeter uses the cumulative flow value under standard conditions as the basis for measurement and trade settlement in actual work, in the actual metrological verification process, the measured natural gas flowmeter is connected in series with the standard or standard flowmeter, and the flow value under the standard condition is compared for metrological verification. According to the existing national standards and verification procedures, only the flow sensor is verified in the actual verification work, and the temperature and pressure sensor are ignored.
