Therefore, the on-site pressure of the thermal gas mass flowmeter in the selection stage should also be standardized in place.
3. Temperature: Because the principle of thermal gas mass flowmeter is based on the principle of thermal diffusion, the probe of the instrument is based on the temperature of the measured medium to determine the heating temperature of the probe, the general heating temperature of the probe is 50 degrees higher than the temperature of the medium. It can be seen that the temperature of the measured medium is relatively constant when the flowmeter is normally measured, and the heating current is proportional to the flow rate of the medium at this time. When measuring high temperature media, the test is that the temperature resistance of the instrument sensor should be high, and the power consumption of the whole circuit becomes larger when measuring high temperature media. At present, the high temperature resistance of the thermal gas mass flowmeter can reach 400℃, which can meet the technical requirements of most working conditions.
