Installation procedure and maintenance method of magnetic level meter

2024-01-05
1. The installation of the level gauge must be carried out vertically to ensure that the float assembly can move freely up and down in the main tube.

2. Around the main body of the liquid level meter, no magnet is allowed to be near, otherwise it will directly affect the normal operation of the liquid level meter.

3. After the installation of the liquid level meter, it is necessary to use magnetic steel for correction. By turning the column guidance once, the display below zero is red, and the display above zero is white.

4. When starting the liquid level meter, the lower suction pipe valve should be opened first to make the liquid medium enter the main pipe smoothly, so as to avoid the liquid medium carrying the float component rising rapidly, resulting in the failure of the tilting column or chaotic turnover. If this phenomenon occurs, wait until the liquid level is stable, you can use magnetic steel to recalibrate.

5. In order to prevent the float assembly from being damaged during transportation, take it out of the liquid level gauge main pipe before delivery. After installation, open the bottom drain flange and reinstall the float assembly into the main pipe. Take care to ensure that the heavy end of the float assembly faces up and cannot be inverted. If the float assembly has been installed in the main tube at the factory, in order to ensure that the float assembly is not damaged during transportation, use a soft card to fix it in the main tube. Just pull out the soft card during installation.

6. According to the medium condition, regularly open the discharge flange and clean the precipitated material in the main tube.
