Application of gas turbine flowmeter in printing and dyeing textile industry

Gas turbine flowmeter has simple structure, accurate measurement, and can be used for small flow measurement. In general, the actual measurement of gas turbine flowmeters in the printing and dyeing industry is mainly divided into the following four steps.
1. Data verification: Before the gas turbine flowmeter is put into operation, the instrument coefficient must be set, and the meter must be carefully checked to confirm that the flowmeter is correctly connected and well grounded before it can be powered.
2. Clear blockage: Keep the filter unblocked. If the filter is blocked by impurities, it can be judged by the increase of the difference between the readings of the inlet and outlet pressure gauges to eliminate the blockage in time, otherwise the flow rate will be seriously reduced.
3. Ensure accuracy: For large flow trade settlement measurement, in order to ensure the accuracy of the flow meter, it is necessary to check the flow meter frequently. On-site calibration equipment or mobile calibration devices should be equipped. Although the one-time investment is large, it is worth considering in terms of long-term economic benefits.
4. Cleaning the impeller: The gas turbine flowmeter needs to be cleaned, checked and adjusted regularly. Flow meters with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid injection ports should be regularly injected with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid according to the instructions to keep the impeller in good operation.
