How to install carbon monoxide gas turbine flow meter?

1. It is strictly prohibited for the flowmeter to weld the pipe flange online, and the flowmeter should be removed before welding.

2. Before installing the flow meter, clean up the debris, welding slag and dust in the pipeline.

3. The flowmeter has a special rectifier with superior performance, so the requirements for the straight pipe section are low. Only the front straight pipe section is ≥2DN, and the rear straight pipe section is ≥1DN (suitable for the front straight pipe section with a bend pipe, reducing pipe, and pressure regulator).

4. In order to prevent impurities from entering the flow meter, a filter must be installed.

5. The flow meter should be installed horizontally. It is recommended to install a steel expan sion device (compensator) on the back side of the straight pipe section of the flowmeter, and the expansion device must meet the requirements of the nominal diameter and nominal pressure of the pipeline design. The expansion device is used as compensation for pipe stress and convenient installation and disassembly of the flowmeter.

Due to the influence of various factors, there are still some problems in the practical application of gas turbine flowmeter. Common problems are: 1 no signal, 2 running speed is slow and fast, 3 turbine flowmeter does not count, 4 accuracy is reduced, and the flow does not match the actual flow, and so on. In response to the above problems, the following suggestions can be made:

(1) For the case of no signal, first check the power supply, check the power supply is no problem, and then check the turbine flow meter itself, and determine whether it is the fault of the primary instrument or the secondary instrument, if the secondary instrument is not wrong, check whether the signal line is correctly connected, if there is still no signal output, It is also possible that the flow rate of the fluid is too slow or that there is a problem with the sensor that prevents the signal from being detected.

(2), for the running speed is slow and fast, first of all, you can control the speed by adjusting the instrument coefficient, if the instrument coefficient changes greatly, you can also check whether the depth of the insertion rod is appropriate, in most cases because the impeller can not operate, the flow meter contains dirt inside can use hydrochloric acid to clean the dirt.

(3) The situation that the turbine flow meter does not count may be caused by poor contact of the power supply or switch, so it is necessary to check the internal components of the turbine flow meter to check whether each component is faulty. If there is a fault, it is necessary to repair or replace the parts in time.

(4) As a speed flowmeter with the increase of running time, the internal bearing will gradually wear, which is easy to cause the impeller speed to slow down, and the negative deviation of measurement increases, resulting in less measurement phenomenon, which has a particularly prominent impact on the measurement of large flow. Suggested improvement methods: actively communicate with manufacturers and agents, carry out targeted maintenance or simply replace bearings regularly.

(5) Considering that in the specific production, often encounter the design flow and the actual flow does not match the problem: either the design flow is too large, the initial flow is high, and the small flow can not be normally measured or even not measured after production, it is necessary to fully grasp the load of downstream gas units and gas equipment before the instrument selection, taking into account the relevant influencing factors; At the same time, the metering meter should be adjusted accordingly with the change of gas usage in operation. These are also an important means to control the loss margin.
