    1.Precision Level

    The precision level of gas turbine flow meters is relatively high, and the higher the precision, the more sensitive to the environment. In terms of economic benefits, do not blindly pursue a high precision level. For the application scenario of large caliber, such as the west-east gas transmission project, it is necessary to choose a high-precision sensor, and for the scenario of small throughput, a general gas turbine flow meter can be selected.

    2.Gas Density

    The stability of gas density has a great impact on the measuring accuracy of gas turbine flow meter. For the occasions where the density is often changed, the flow coefficient needs to be modified, especially for the low flow area.

    3.Flow Range

    The choice of flow range of gas turbine flow meter directly affects its accuracy and service life, and it also determines the sensor caliber.

    4.Pressure Loss

    The smaller the pressure loss, the smaller the energy consumption of the gas in the flow process, which can save energy, reduce transportation costs, and improve utilization. Therefore, when choosing meters, try to choose a gas turbine flow meter with small pressure loss. In general, gas turbine flow meters with semi-ellipsoidal front deflectors have less pressure loss than those with cone front deflectors.

    5.Structure form

    The structure form is determined by the above three methods: the internal structure uses the reverse thrust gas turbine flow meter, because the structure can make the impeller in a floating state within a certain flow range, there is no contact point in the axial direction, and there is no end friction and wear, which can extend the service life of the bearing; For the flow sensor installed in the horizontal structure, the connection mode with the pipeline can be flange connection, thread connection and clamp connection; Only threaded connections can be used for vertically mounted flow sensors.
