How to verify natural gas flowmeter

The verification system of natural gas flow meter includes critical flow nozzle equipment, electric pump, module combination, PLC processor and host computer controller. The critical flow nozzle equipment is installed on the stagnation container, and the inspected meter is connected with the stagnation container in series. The critical flow nozzle equipment is a measurement specification equipment, and its measurement value is transmitted to the module combination. The electric pumping pump is connected to the critical flow nozzle equipment, and provides the air source, extracts the gas of the stagnation vessel, and makes it have a certain vacuum degree. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure, the gas flows through the natural gas flow meter to be inspected, the critical flow nozzle equipment, the electric pumping pump into the atmosphere, and the module is combined to connect to the natural gas flow meter to be inspected. The electric air pump and the critical flow nozzle device collect the temperature, pressure and humidity at the orientation of the stagnation vessel and the temperature and pressure at the meter being checked, and transmit the signal to the PLC processor for processing and participate in the flow error calculation. The PLC processor is connected to the module combination. And the processed temperature, pressure, humidity values and the corrected measurement value of the critical flow nozzle device are transmitted to the upper computer controller, which is connected to the PLC processor and displays the information transmitted by the PLC processor.
