1、The thermal mass flow meter is divided into two types: insertion type and in-line type, different types are suitable for different applications. The insertion type is used in large caliber pipeline, and the in-line type is suitable for high temperature or corrosive environments.
2、The good mass flow meters measure gas without temperature and pressure compensation, measurement is convenient and accurate to get mass flow rate or standard volume flow rate. But the medium measured can not contain water and impurities. Our thermal gas mass meter is suitable for all gases except acetylene.
3、According to the characteristics of the measured medium to choose a reasonable measurement method, according to the measured medium and measurement accuracy requirements, respectively using the insertion flow meter, differential pressure meter, ultrasonic flow meter, or the use of marking method, analog method and other incapacity loss methods to measure.
4、The selection of thermal gas mass flow meter is in accordance with the production requirements, should be based on the actual situation of the supply of instrument products, comprehensive consideration to determine the flow sampling device and gas flow meter form specifications!
