Vortex flow meter installation matters
Vortex flowmeter is widely used in various industrial environments, in view of some small problems commonly encountered in the installation of vortex flowmeter, Aister gives the following points, hoping to solve the problems encountered in the installation.
Vortex street flowmeter installation precautions:
Selection of the installation location of the vortex flowmeter: Although the flowmeter has been designed to work under harsh conditions, in order to maintain the accuracy and stability of the vortex flowmeter for a long time, the following factors should be considered when selecting the installation location:
1, the ambient temperature: vortex flow meter sensor can be installed indoors or outdoors, the ambient temperature of -40℃ ~ +55℃ if the temperature exceeds 60℃, the separation type converter should be used.
2, ambient air: should try to avoid being installed by the flow meter in an environment containing corrosive gases, if it must be installed, it must provide adequate exhaust measures.
3, mechanical vibration and shock: vibration is too strong will produce interference signals, resulting in misalignment. Therefore, flowmeters should be installed in places with small vibration and impact as far as possible.
4. Other factors: There should be plenty of space around the installation site of the vortex flowmeter, and it should not be too wet to facilitate installation and maintenance.
