The characteristics of vortex flow meter and the treatment of problems encountered in use
Vortex flowmeter is mainly used for the flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluids, such as gas, liquid, vapor and other media. In addition to the characteristics of the aforementioned vortex flowmeter, it also has the following characteristics:
1. High degree of integration, no external power supply, on-site display of instantaneous flow and cumulative flow, low power consumption, lithium battery can work continuously for more than one year.
2. The software has rich functions, which can preset the temperature and pressure value, and automatically substitute the set value for compensation when the input breaks the line or makes an error.
3. Anti-theft, integrated structure, internal battery power supply, parameter password lock and other functions effectively prevent the deviation of the cumulative value caused by human or accident.
4. High protection level, due to the use of a chemical structure, the higher protection level of the instrument can reach IP68
5. Accuracy can reach ±0.5 level
Vortex flowmeter may encounter some situations in use:
1. When the vortex flowmeter display is abnormal, it should be checked whether the working condition meets the installation requirements of the vortex flowmeter, and whether the flow rate of the measured medium is within the range that the flowmeter can measure. If the requirements are not met, the flowmeter display will be abnormal.
2. The medium that the flowmeter can detect should be single-phase fluid. If there is a medium with gas-liquid two-phase phenomenon, the flowmeter display will not be normal.
3. When the flow meter is faulty, it should be correctly distinguished whether the display instrument or other secondary instruments are faulty. If the flow meter has an output, and the display instrument has no display, this kind of fault should be in the display instrument.
4. Confirm that the fault comes from the flowmeter, and can be removed according to the following table.
