The measuring principle of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, which measures the flow of conductive fluid according to the electromotive force induced by the conductive fluid through the external magnetic field. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and yoke shell.
1. Mainly acknowledge whether the pipeline is filled with fluid.
2. If the pipe is too close to the wall, the probe can be installed on the diameter of the pipe with a tilt Angle, instead of the device on the diameter of the horizontal pipe, the device probe should be selected.

5. For metal pipes with serious scaling on the inner wall of the electromagnetic flowmeter, the method of striking can be used to make the scaling part fall off or crack, but it should be noted that this method sometimes does not help the transmission of signals because of the open space between the scaling and the inner wall.
