Installation precautions of precession vortex flowmeter:

2, the precession vortex flowmeter can be installed horizontally, vertically or tilted at any Angle. When installed, the flow direction of the measured flow body should be consistent with the arrow indicating the flow direction on the shell;
3, outdoor installation, the upper part should be covered, so as to avoid rain immersion and sun exposure to affect the flow meter service life;
4, the precession vortex flowmeter can not be installed in the case of strong vibration, and when the pipeline is long, the sensor up and down the game, must eliminate the vibration caused by too long pipeline;
5, the precession vortex flow meter can not have strong external magnetic field interference and strong mechanical vibration around, should avoid the influence of high temperature heat source and radiation heat source, should also avoid the impact of strong corrosion environment;
6, do not open the flow meter or arbitrarily twist each lead interface and temperature and pressure sensor interface;
7, the use of external power supply, the precession vortex flowmeter must be reliably grounded, not with the strong power system to share the ground, in the pipeline installation or maintenance, not the welding system to share the ground and the flowmeter lap.
Selection of precession vortex flowmeter environment:
1, dry and ventilated place, avoid the wet key water;
2, avoid the sun and rain, open air should block the rain;
3, as far as possible to avoid strong vibration;
4, avoid strong electromagnetic field equipment, such as large motors, large transformers, etc.
