In the process of measurement of liquid turbine flowmeter, when the measuring medium passes through the flow meter, the impeller will rotate. Through the corresponding structure, the magnetic resistance of the turbine flowmeter also changes periodically during the periodic rotation of the impeller blade, so that the flow rate of the flowmeter and the meter becomes a voltage pulse signal proportional to that of the meter. Thus, the flow and signal are sent to the measurement system of the single chip computer under the action of the low-power amplifier, and after a series of calculations and corrections, the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow are effectively displayed on the display screen of the flowmeter. In the entire measurement process, the flow coefficient of the instrument is strictly required, and when it is not a single value in a wide measurement range, the signal frequency function it has is not the same. Therefore, in order to improve the metering accuracy of the liquid turbine flowmeter, the coefficient nonlinear correction of the turbine flowmeter is required according to the actual results during operation. The accuracy level should be 0.1, the measurement accuracy should reach 0.5, and the range ratio must also reach 20.
