High Accuracy 4-20mA RS485 Vortex Boiler Steam Flowmeter Pressure Transmitter
Vortex flowmeter is a kind of fluid oscillating flow detection instrument based on Karman vortex principle. It is characterized by small pressure loss, wide range and high measurement accuracy. It is almost unaffected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring volume flow under working conditions. In daily use, there may be problems such as large measurement errors, so we need to eliminate problems from the following aspects:
1) Check whether the length of the straight pipe section before and after the installation of the vortex flowmeter meets the straight pipe section required by the manual
2) It may be that the analog conversion circuit of the vortex flowmeter has zero drift or the full scale adjustment is wrong
3) It may be that the on-site supply voltage changes too much
4) It may be that the use time of the vortex flowmeter is longer, and the instrument exceeds the verification period
5) It may be that the inner diameter of the sensor and the pipe of the vortex flowmeter is very different
6) It may be that the body of the vortex flowmeter is different from that of the pipeline installation when the heart or sealing pad is convex into the tube
7) It may be that the vortex flowmeter measurement sensor is contaminated or damaged
8) There may be two-phase flow or pulsating flow in the field fluid
9) There may be a leak in the system pipeline
