Fault phenomena and solutions of precession vortex flow meter
The head of the precession vortex flowmeter shows normal temperature and pressure, without instantaneous flow display
Reason 1: The selection of the precession vortex flowmeter is too large, and the selection is too large, resulting in no flow display of the flowmeter
Solution: 1), reduce the lower limit of the flowmeter cutoff frequency (so that the flowmeter can be used, but will cause the flowmeter accuracy is reduced);
2), replace the small size flowmeter.
Cause 2: The preamplifier has no current input
Solution: Flow meter without power supply, flow meter 24V external power supply or battery power supply.
Cause 3: The preamplifier has no frequency output
Workaround: Replace the preamplifier.
Cause 4: The motherboard is damaged, replace the flowmeter motherboard.
The temperature and instantaneous flow of the meter head of the precession vortex flowmeter are displayed, and the pressure is inconsistent with the actual working pressure indication
Phenomenon 1, if the pressure value is “80” or the flow meter “pressure upper”
Reason 1) : A new pressure sensor is connected to the outside, see whether the meter head shows the local atmospheric pressure, if the local atmospheric pressure is displayed, the original sensor is damaged. Replaceable pressure sensor.
2) : The external half of the new pressure sensor, if the meter head display is still “80”, it proves that the flowmeter motherboard is bad. Replaceable flowmeter motherboard.
Phenomenon 2, the pressure indication value is basically a certain value (the field working pressure changes greatly, the flowmeter meter head shows no change or small change)
Cause 1) : The pressure hole of the pressure sensor is blocked. The pressure hole can be cleaned.
2) : The linear calibration curve of the pressure sensor becomes bad. The pressure sensor can be replaced or re-calibrated.
