Data error processing of vortex flowmeter
Vortex flowmeter is used by many industries for its simple structure, small maintenance, constant accuracy, easy operation and wide application range.
The installation site of vortex flowmeter is mostly complicated, and the following are common factors that can affect the measurement accuracy of vortex flowmeter:
1, pulsating flow can affect the measurement results of most flowmeters, resulting in large metering;
2, the vortex flowmeter sensor detects the frequency signal, and the vibration will have a huge impact on the detection results;
3, the length of the straight pipe section before and after can fully ensure the smooth flow of the medium in the pipeline to achieve better measurement results;
4, when the medium contains impurities that are easy to adsorb on the sensor and the generator, the sensitivity of the sensor will be reduced, the width of the body will change, and then the various coefficients in the instrument will change, and the measurement results without reliable basis will be obtained;
5, when the temperature of the measuring medium is too high, the insulation impedance will decrease with the increase of temperature, affecting the output signal, it is recommended to measure the high temperature medium should use split flow meter;
6, flow range is the basic parameters of vortex flowmeter work, the appropriate flow range can be suitable for customer site needs;
7, the low flow rate is a great test of the vortex flowmeter, the flow rate is too low, the vortex is not stable, will make the flow signal sometimes no;
8, the connection line should choose a shielded line, the line should be grounded to prevent interference from the external current signal, so that the measurement results become larger.
The accuracy measurement results depend not only on the mass of the vortex flowmeter, but also on the use and maintenance of the site. Avoid the following points when using, which can reduce the error to a lower level.
