Advantages of temperature and pressure compensated vortex flowmeter

The biggest advantage of vortex flowmeter is that the meter coefficient is not affected by the physical properties of the measuring medium, and it can be extended from a typical medium to other media. In the amplifier circuit dealing with vortex signal, the filter passband is different, and the circuit parameters are different, so the same circuit parameters can not be used to measure different media.
In addition, the density of the gas and the liquid is very different, and the signal strength generated by the vortex separation is proportional to the density, so the signal strength is also very different. The gain and trigger sensitivity of liquid and gas amplifiers are different, the piezoelectric charge is different, and the parameters of charge amplifiers are also different. Even if it is the same gas (or liquid, steam), with the medium pressure, temperature, density is different, the flow range is different, the signal strength is different, and the circuit parameters should also be changed. Therefore, a vortex flowmeter is not feasible without hardware or software modification, changing the use of media or changing the diameter of the instrument.
